A wonderful, and amazing woman had left this world. Thelma Joe was the best mother, grandmother, great, great great grandma, and friend anyone could ever ask for. She truly loved everyone, and everyone loved her. She touched soo many lives. Wether you was family, a friend, or maybe she helped watch your kids, or helped raise you as a kid. She was definitely one of a kind. Please help us give her the celebration she deserves. We hate asking for help, but to due to many unfortunate events this year funds are limited.
