The Leavers: An Appalachian Trail Documentary
In 2016, we hiked 2,189 miles from Georgia to Maine on the Appalachian Trail documenting our thru-hike and exploring ideas around what it means to live in harmony with our environment. The adventure was life-changing, but the work is far from over.
We have over 200 hours of footage ready to be turned into a feature length documentary.
We need your help to bring this film to life.
Our aim is to inspire others to get out into their own communities and natural spaces. To initiate a movement based on a hopeful vision of a thriving and just world through local, passionate action.
