The family of Renita Clay / FIRST LADY JUICE OMERTA COSANOSTRA A.K.A. “JUICE” would like to acknowledge her transition of life on September 15, 2016. We do this realizing the magnitude of lives that she impacted during her 44-year journey. We understand that there is a realm of people that she touched in the media industry that will forever include BMF (Black Mafia Family) and her lifestyle as the first.
We are asking for donations to help with the funeral cost and the cost of having her body transported from Atlanta to her home in Mississippi. There will also be a private memorial service for family and close friends in an undisclosed location and another ceremony for the public. We will release the date and location soon.
Lady Juice's vision was to incorporate hip hop with fashion and media and was introduced through The Juice Magazine and Jack The Juice. The trepidation of her health issues became a reality that she faced courageously. Having this knowledge, we are humbly asking for your prayers, condolences, patience and endurance for her family. We acknowledge the magnitude of responses received from friends and fans and would like to be able to share these acts of kindness with everyone. We are preparing a memorial tribute for First Lady Juice to be held at a future date in Atlanta, Georgia. We are releasing this statement to officially inform everyone about her transition recognizing the outpour of love and respect we have received.
