The Winning Team

On Monday, May 20, 2018 it was confirmed that my mother Rosemary Delgado was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer which is spreading to her stomach.  This devastating news was sudden and a shock to our entire family.  In order to stop the cancer from spreading to attempt surgery chemo had to begin immediately with the 1st treatment starting on May 25, 2018 just 5 days after she was diagnosed.  Our family and friends are holding on to God's Word that she is more than a conqueror in Christ and trust in God's healing power.  Those of you who have family and friends who have fought this horrible disease know that the cost of medication and treatment can become very expensive even with insurance.  My family will be hosting fund raisers over the next few weeks  to assist my mother with costs to cover her medical copay and medication.  We want her mind and body to be strong and focused on fighting this disease and not on trying to rush to return to work because medical bills are coming in among other things.  We are asking that you keep our mother in prayer and if God places on your heart to donate to her medical expenses we have created a GoFundMe Page to accept donations.  Every dollar will help and my family appreciates anything you can do, rather it is your prayers or monetary blessings.  My mom is a faithful woman of God, with a heart of gold and we believe that she will be a part of the winning team to overcome this disease.  We love her dearly and we are leaning on our family and friends to help us through this journey of life.  God blesses those that bless others.  Thank you so much for contributing to our fight.
