This is 2 year old Ryder. He is a young vibrant little boy. Just like your typical 2 year old, laughing, playing and getting into everything! His sweet smile, to his hugs and kisses, he will light up anyone’s world and melt your heart!
It all started roughly a month ago, he woke up almost every morning throwing up and then on the 4thof July he started stumbling. After multiple doctor visits and er visits, they still did not have any answers.
On Thursday, July 19th, his mom and dad took him to St. Vincent’s er, because he was no longer able to walk, he had lost most mobility below his waste. The doctors did a mri and that’s when the heart wrenching news came back, little Ryder had a lime size tumor on his brain, on the part of his brain that controls the motor skills.
Early Friday morning they took him back for emergency surgery to remove the tumor. After a long and dreading wait for his parents, roughly a 6hour surgery, he has made it through, with 99% removal of the tumor. He is still on a ventilator, they tried to wake him this morning and he still has not woke. They did another mri and we are still waiting results.
The family should find out the results of the tumor, whether benign or malignant. Please keep this sweet family in your prayers, as they have a long road ahead of them. Continued prayers for little Ryder the fighter!
This family has been through so much already and I don’t want them worrying about expenses. So I would like to start this fund to help with medical expenses, travel, vehicle expenses, food and any bills to pay without worry.
