The Road to Hollywood - Crossing the Finish Line!

Hello hello my amazing friends, family & supporters!

I’m so excited to announce that I have completed my 11-city, 20-month long ROAD TO HOLLYWOOD Tour across the country, booking 14 acting gigs total. This has been the journey of a lifetime… living on the edge every single day, moving closer and closer to my dream to be a successful working actor, with each challenge I was able to meet.

Thanks to so many (too many to name here) amazing, generous, kind friends and supporters! I always had a safe bed to sleep in, food to eat, connections for acting collaborations, and fun adventures to make up for the lonely and exhausting days. I could not have completed this crazy challenge without ALL of you!

All that’s left now is to complete my Portland gig & take my LAST BUS RIDE (YAY!!!!!) to Hollywood! I’ll be in L.A. for the Holidays! (& would LOVE to see FAMILIAR FACES if you’re there!). AND…. Will be staying for a few months, through Pilot Season. Wish me LUCK!

And so – I come to you with one final challenge and request. I’m not gonna lie – it’s been an incredible journey. But…. This girl is broke!
I’ve been super frugal and resourceful. The money I raised 20 months ago has lasted a long time. I made the best out of every dollar and I’ve worked whenever I could, taking every gig possible along the way.
The last couple of cities went really fast and I didn’t have any time to find work. I really tried.
I’ve been working in Portland as well, doing background and some video editing, but I’m really struggling.

I was considering going back to NY just to make some money, but decided to take the advice of friends, family and supporting viewers and just stick it through!
I would love to roll into L.A. with a little bit of financial security, so that I can finally EXHALE, enjoy the holidays, eat and get around the city as I apply for work, to tide me over until find a job.

I hope you have been able to see some of the diverse local lifestyles across the USA & live a little vicariously through my unpredictable ups & downs these last 20 months. I've been working hard to document all my experiences (filming & editing everything on my own) and share it with you. click to watch every episode since day one! 
It pains me to ask, but I’m being nudged to be brave and just put it out there.
This is all I want for Xmas. I can’t be with my family. I’ve been alone on the road for so long, and I just need a little help through the finish line. Help me get to L.A.

I SO appreciate you! I’ve been so humbled by my experiences on this journey – and that includes being blown away by the kindness of loved ones & strangers alike. I don’t take one contribution, in any form, for granted.

I will also continue to document my journey, my struggles and my way in Hollywood in return, which might be helpful for others looking to learn about the L.A. market.

If you cannot afford any financial assistance, but you happen to know anyone in L.A that can let me stay at their place for free, or someone who owns a restaurant and wouldn’t mind sharing a meal, or someone who can help me get around town, so I can save money on transportation- I would appreciate the resources just as much! (or friends!!! Friends just make everything easier!).

May you, also, discover the kindness that exists in this world. There is so much more good than bad, more light than dark. Don’t believe everything you read.
