What I am proposing is a home base, with five organizers full time, In Washington DC to fight Donald Trump and the GOP for everything they are doing. Being in Washington D.C gives us the largest variety of tactics to use and groups to work with. It's not hard to think of what seems like thousands of things that have brought us to where we are today. Clearly, no one person can fight it alone. It's imperative that our social justice movement starts organizing today. The Resistance cannot lose any more time, We've been on the clock since November 10th.
As a member of the 2 million and growing
#Resistance, I feel like this is a short period to get something incredible done. The Resistance is a leaderless movement that is all about empowering others to take action resisting Trump.
Other people are doing just that. Anti-Trump activists have set up permanent protest location in DC; they are calling themselves District 13.(Yes The Hunger Games District 13.)

-Saving The ACA, Saving Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, VA Benefits, Planned Parenthood, No Repeal, No Privatization.
-Voting rights, Election Fraud and Gerrymandering. Using the research from Greg Palast and Black Box Voting, for a campaign to eliminate interstate crosscheck.
It's important that we preserve and protect the votingrights we have left! And it's important to fight the war on minorities at the voting booth.-A 50 state Resistance Coalition to work on grassroots organizing all year long, not just during a presidential election.
Fierce Opposition to any changes that involve Vouchers, that have been proven not to work. We must also fight against the department of education funding earmarked for public schools to go to those that mandates any specific religion. It's hard to know what will happen to public education if Betsy Devos is the secretary of education. It will be a fight.

Finding and helping More Women, and POC to run for office. Also a HUGE push for progressive Democrats every at every level, city, state, federal
We need more Mayors, State Reps, AG’s, Governor’s, Lt. Governors, and of course national. There are key governor's races in 2018 and many cases getting out a group of Republicans (in Michigan for instance), and inept Democrats can help bring back the state from the mass corruption. Let’s get some super majorities in states other than California. California is a good example why taking back control of State Parties Will be a Key to Success.
Time to get the psychopaths out of office, those who call themselves Republicans. That does entail keeping a list (Paul Ryan I'm coming for you) and checking it twice. For example, Only eight Republicans are up for re-election in 2018 but Ted Cruz is one of them, and he is taking health care away from 2.5 million Texans.
Giving Voters Facts and offering alternatives to those who occupy the GOP Senate seats.
2020 will be the most important election because of the census and the redistricting.
Eric Holder and Barack Obama will be fighting gerrymandering, and we want to help them.
Environmental Justice, we are on our own to protect the environment, and we cannot give an inch when it comes to climate change
Ethics should not be a four-letter word. The Republic of the United States is supposed to be a representative democracy. Paul Ryan does not serve his district any more than Mitch McConnell serves Kentucky.
We Must Resist Trump at everything turn. All that he does needs to be exposed.
We have to change the way we vote. The popular vote is the only way to represent a population so diversified, and the electoral college is robbing people of the one person one vote idea. In Texas over 3 million who voted for Hillary didn't count In California the 3 million who voted for Trump didn't either. Voting rights should be a bi-partisan worry, but unfortunately, it's not. It's not likely to get a constitutional amendment but the Popular Vote Interstate Compact is just as good and a lot of the work there is already done.
We should use the great policy that Hillary left for us to at least try to implement at a state level.
Finally, we will also be trying to get the word out as best we can, working with an established news agency with our Resistance Streaming video and Radio channel 24 hours a day
