Hey Flyer Nation, we need you!
As you all know, this year we will be competing in TBT 2019. The Basketball Tournament (TBT) is an open-application, single-elimination tournament played each summer offering $2 million in winner-take-all prize money and is broadcast by ESPN. The tournament features current professionals from all over the world, many of whom are playing on a team with other alumni from the college they played at. For the last few years, Dayton alumni have participated in TBT but, that all changes this year. “The Red Scare” as we are so appropriately named will feature some of your favorite Flyers of all time and will be coached by former Flyer and current Capital University Head Coach Damon Goodwin.
We need your help though to help make this experience possible. TBT does not pay for travel, meals, or any of our accommodations during the first weekend so we’re asking anyone who is willing and able for donations to help make this all possible for our team. We will be playing in the Columbus Regional on July 19th. Our current first round opponent and time of game is TBA.

The roster for our team is: Darrell Davis, Kevin Dillard, Kyle Davis, Josh Cunningham, Vee Sanford, Kendall Pollard, Devin Oliver, and Dyshawn Pierre
Our honorary roster member is Steve McElvene who passed away three years ago. We will be wearing “5” patches on our jersey for him
