The new Intercambio

Hello everyone, its time to get our own place again for our intercambios and events. I have been looking for a while and have found the place that meets our needs. Its in the right spot, big interior and exteror spaces, and no neighbors to bother us. Its two buildings together with a united local and big roof terrace. There are apartments above that I will rent out too. Its near plaza merced and our old locals. But I am not renting, but buying. Thats why I am starting this go fund me. 

What I need is help getting money for the deposit on this building, or about 50 thousand euros. I made the goal 10, because I will be asking my friends and family for small loans to fund the rest. Once I have the deposit the building and local can fund the rest. 

I need to find this money quickly as possible before someone else buys it. Many of you know the prices are rising and many apartments and buildings are being bought. So its now or never. 

In this space we can hold our intercambios and expand our activities and events. We have been doing less and less over the years because its too much work and too little money; if you dont have your own space. Even renting a local big enough would be a waste of money. So its buy a place or forget about extra stuff. 

We can then host many of our friends events, and try new things and experiment with interesting topics that would not be possible financially anywhere else. We all have, or are involved in, various projects; music, dj, dance, theater, movies, language classes and other workshops. We can now offer a space and unite many of our efforts into one place for our mutual benifit. And I may have a room for you to rent too...

What can I offer for your donation? That this place exists where we can all enjoy it one way or another.  I think many of you have seen what we have done in the past and can trust me to take this next big step and do something even better.
