I was medically discharged from the armed forces in 2017 due to injuries sustained whilst on an operational tour of Afghanistan in 2011.
I received a numerous amount of injuries, both physical and phycological.
Its the knowing that there is nothing I can do about my injuries, they will never go away, but its how I manage them, I have been given the tools, but only I can help myself, its this knowledge that I want to pass on to others less fortunate.
Sometimes all it takes is an act of kindness from one person to change another's perspective on life.

On the 30th March 2019 myself and a handful of veterans from Lincolnshire will completing a 10 mile walk starting and finishing at Millennium Lakes, Lincolnshire.
This is a change to the original National 3 Peaks challenge due to the lack of money raised to support the event itself without looking at the other details.
All the proceeds raised will now go to the LPFT registered charity.
All proceeds will be to facilitate the ongoing treatment, wellbeing and support of our armed forces veterans within Lincolnshire.
