The Montgomery Family Needs Help

The Montgomery Family suffered a great loss yesterday when they had a fire in their home that started in the attic.  All four family members as well as their dog and two cats survived this devastating loss, although the cats needed to go to the vet today to get checked out.  Besides the fire damage, there is water and smoke damage to deal with as well.

My name is Michelle and Terry Montgomery has worked with me for the last 11 years.  I consider her a friend as well as a colleague.  For those of you who know Terry, you know that she is always ready to help others, whether it is at the fire station or at work or with her daughter’s activities.  She always goes the extra mile to help people when they need assistance.  Well now, it’s time for us to help Terry.  The least I can do to pay it forward is to help Terry and her family get back on their feet again while they rebuild their home and replace the basic necessities that they lost.   If you can contribute anything at all, it will make a huge difference for the Montgomerys; if you can’t, I know that the family will appreciate your thoughts and prayers.

Their road back to normalcy will be a long one and will not be easy.  Knowing that you care and support them along the way will definitely ease their burden.
