The loss of a loving father
Donation protected
Tuesday, March 13, at 9am my Father; Mitch Hutchins had a massive heart attack with yet to be determined cause. He was rushed to the local hospital where he flat-lined for 20 minutes before he was taken to a hospital in the state capital. Because of some other complications they where not able to do scans of his brain till the 17th (Friday), the doctors found major brain damage all around the outside of his brain due to a lack of oxygen during recitation. At that point he had a 5% chance of surviving and would be in a vegitative state if he did, having little to no brain activity. My father has already previously laid out that he does not want to live this way. It was decided that he is going to be taken off of the equipment keeping his body alive once matches are found for his organs as he's an organ & tissue donor.
We are very poor and dad had no life insurance (leaving behind a wife and two kids), so I have set up a Gofundme to help pay for his funeral costs. If anyone would, at the very least, share it on media platforms that would help us out a lot. Thank you for any and all suport given to us in our time of need.
We are going to have a modest funeral consisting of the remains being cremated prior and set in an urn which will be placed in a niche, any extra money is greatly appreciated and will help us get back on our feet after this deviating blow.
