The Kindness Walk

Tax deductible

The Kindness Walk
was created by Robert F. Smith, totally blind.  On October 19, 2018, he will begin walking over 400 miles, from Long Beach, California to Las Vegas, Nevada.   He will also be crossing Death Valley in the process to  to raise funds for Veterans, people with disabilities, and children with life-threatening challenges.  He is working with Flags of Valor, Life Long Dreams,  Henry's Place,  and the Buena Park Lions Club. As he travels, he will also be raising the final dollars to help Tyler Renfro to get a service dog to assist him thru his severe autism and diabetes.   Robert may be totally blind, but he has perfect vision of the heart.  Each step is a quarter and he would love for you to donate to this worthy cause.

Robert F. Smith, has a mission to do intentional acts of kindness and to date he has delivered puppets to the Ronald McDonald House, shared sport game towels to The Boys & Girls Clubs, assisted in raising $4,000.00 for Tyler Renfro, and he has raised funds for a gentleman with stomach cancer so he could remain in his home, and he has spent countless hours donating time to serve those who are disabled.

On October 6, 2018
, as a pre-launch of The Kindness Walk, Robert is partnering with Life Long Dreams, a non-profit who works with disabled individuals and teaches the arts to those challenged.  At the end of the year they do a gala at Sams Town in Las Vegas.  Robert will work with Life Long Dreams to attempt to break the Guinness World Record Book of the Most Amatuer Puppeteers.  Funds will go to assist the disabled.  (Please contact us if you are interested in attending.)

As Robert raises funds for the walk, the purpose is to raise enough funds to send our deployed soldiers 1,000 game towels by Christmas time.  He will also wants to distribute 1,000 puppets (Doopalpoops) to kids and organizations while he is on his 400 mile journey, and his ultimate dream is to get a service dog for Tyler Renfro, a boy who suffers from severe autism and diabetes.  You can also go to 4Paws to make a donation for Tyler.

Robert is actively involved in intentional acts of kindness wherever he goes and his hope is you will join him in his efforts. Robert needs for you to donate now so these intentional acts of kindness can be accomplished by the end of The Kindness Walk. (November 20, 2018)  It only takes a quarter a step to help Robert to visualize his dream.  Donate today and you may want to visit the following websites:
