The kids and I

A dear friend set this up for me. The problem is, so much needs to happen at once, and I have no other way to do this than asking for help. If you can pass this on, I'd appreciate it. Ask if you have questions. :)

After everything in court has been finalized extra needs always come up. No amount of planning can stop that from happening. With all the medical things that have happened the last 7 mths, she missed a lot of work and is trying to catch up.  With needing to start paying for a lawyer to get the proper payments and after selling the house Brenda and the kids are moving into a house that has a few needs. Not only with the cost of renting a POD moving, their new home needs a fence for their furry family member aka the dog. Due to rules for housing, the fence needs to be rented from a specific company and we all know they never pick the affordable one. Shelving is needed for the garage so during the winter she can have the van inside. This is the house Brian is moving out of so the kids have already told her that their rooms get really hot, even in the winter. They are in need of ceiling fans. Which, like the fence, will be installed by housing for a fee. After all is said and done, none of this is easy. These are just some of the needs she has mentioned- I'm sure there are more that she hasn't.  Starting out on your own after being a stay-at-home mom is hard. If you can help with these needs please do. With many hands make light work.

asap- rent a POD, packing 
asap- rent fence
July 5-out of sold house
July 6-get house professionally clean
July 7-turn over keys to new owner
July 8-move into new house,
POD can be delivered.
