Judee was a force. A dance on tables, cheer the loudest in the crowd, steady caretaker of your newborn baby in the hospital, show up on your doorstep with a hot meal when you are feeling down, host your bridal shower at her house, swim across a lake then make dinner for her whole family kind of force. And we miss her so much.
In her honor, her family started the Judee Curley Scholarship after her passing in 2014. Each year, a Sonoma Valley High School graduating senior who is interested in nursing will receive a $1,000 scholarship to support their educational pursuit.
On her birthday every year, we ask the ones who knew her, loved her, or never knew her but loved her people to buy her a glass of vino or a cup of coffee in the form of a small donation. To keep this scholarship going for years to come, we are grateful for your donation on her birthday - or any day!
