Who Am I
I am Sandra Buchan a 47 year old, single woman from Aberdeen, Scotland in the United Kingdom.
We live in a society where we fear change, we fear the opinions of others, we fear judgement. We live in a society where we choose to suffer.
My Past
For nearly 20 years of my life I was treated for depression with medication, how the western world wants us to live, I now know this was only suppressing my thoughts, feelings and emotions.
This was me, I chose to abuse myself, I chose to abuse my vessel with drugs and alcohol. I chose to do this because I thought I could numb the pain.
18 months ago I sank into deep depression, living on the breadline, struggling to meet mortgage payments, I had been off medication for many years, however I’d had enough of living my life this way.
I was so low I attempted to take my own life, thankfully someone was watching over me, in that moment I knew I had to CHANGE.
The feelings of no self worth, no confidence, no self love for myself had come to the surface. I understood this for others, just not for myself.
This was due to the conditioned behaviours picked up from my father, who constantly told me I was worthless and as I reached adulthood I would never achieve anything in my life.
The Present
For the past 18 months I have been on a journey to find my true authentic self. When we are born we are allowed to just BE, which enables us to BE truly spiritual souls.
On my journey so far I have invested into my self development which has allowed me to FEEL and overcome depression, anxiety, fear, anger, regret, guilt, and shame.
This has enabled me to regain self-love, self- confidence and self worth.
At the beginning of this year I found a lump in my right breast. This automatically triggered memories of when my mother passed away 25 years ago with cancer. At that time she battled with Breast Cancer for 10 years while on medication. When medication was stopped she deteriorated quite rapidly and within 10 weeks she was gone.
In my case I have just received 2 procedures for suspected Breast Cancer, and these results have came back normal.
As I type this I currently have a shadow in my left breast with no outcome to date.
This current situation I find myself in, could quite easily have sank me back into deep depression, however this work has allowed me to TRUST and BELIEVE in ME.
This work has allowed me to approach this terrifying situation from a different perspective. The work on myself has allowed me to really feel into my emotions. I now have control over my thoughts and feelings, which allows me to TRUST and BELIEVE in ME.
Medication doesn’t allow us to FEEL.
The Future
On this spiritual path I have learned that we are all energy, that we are all SPIRIT having a human experience. This is a VERY powerful realisation.
I have been given the most amazing opportunity to attend a 7 Day EMBODIMENT Retreat in Bali in December 2019.
Embodiment is a retreat which will allow me to develop my spiritual soul...

My Mission
This opportunity will allow me to share my unique gifts with the world, to show others how to heal from the inside out, use tools and unique coaching tips that I have learned from my teachers and mentors on this journey.
To give others permission to “Smile from the Inside Out” and radiate their beautiful energies..
To raise awareness, empower others, and teach them how to unlock their full potential to live their best life.
I AM inviting friends, family, soul sisters and brothers from all over the world to energetically support me on this mission to fund this amazing life changing opportunity.
I know in my heart and soul this journey will activate the healing I have locked within me to share with the world.
So that I can continue this lifetime teaching others worldwide what I have learned from teachers and mentors, to heal ourselves from our pasts.
When we choose to believe, when we choose to trust the universe will support us and I truly believe that.
