What?
We're raising money to bring our team to India this June, 2018, to meet famed Indian environmental educator and green activist Janak McGilligan.
What?!?
We are sending a small team to India to meet with an important and influential changemaker, record interviews and demonstrations with her, hold concerts and lectures for her, and transmit her wisdom back to our friends in Nepal.
Why?
We think Janak has a deep wisdom about humans and nature. We met her back in 2013, while on tour with our brother band Solar Punch. Janak was giving solar cooking demos using parabolic cookers at the Sunplugged event in Northwest Mumbai, at Bhavan's College.
She is a rich resource and a compassionate person. We are really happy to work with her and help move her wisdom forward.

Who Goes?
Our crew for this short India tour includes Fred Gillen Jr., Jim Metzger, Brooke Campbell and me, james dean conklin. Fred & Jim are veterans of previous The Greenheart tours abroad. This will be a first for a new bandmate Brooke.
