We are reaching out to our community and the friends and family of those in our community to please help us support Andrew, Nicole and the boys through one of the toughest traumas a family can face.
On Saturday 14th of April while Andrew was doing routine maintenance at home he had a terrible accident which has left him fighting for life and at least 50% of his body with severe burns. The road ahead for his recovery is going to be a grueling one with surgeries, rehabilitation and counselling and we want to help lighten the load on Nicole by making sure their bills are paid and they are all cared for.
Being self employed means there will be no income for this family for at least six months as Andrew will need to go through daily trips to the hospital and Nicole will be his full time carer as well as being mum to her two little boys 6yrs and 4yrs as they travel this traumatic road too.
We have set up Stripe to automatically withdraw every few days, the money raised from this campaign and transfer it directly to Nicole and Andrew’s personal account. They will then use this money to pay bills, medical expenses relayed to his ongoing treatment, carparking fees for the hospital visits everyday and any other day to day living expenses that arise from raising two boys with no income for the near future.
This is one of the most caring and giving families in our community and it’s time for us to rally around them and get them through this tough road ahead. Please give whatever you are able and share with your family and friends. As we all pull together we can really make a difference to our beautiful friends who are doing it so tough right now!
