The Clawson Family

Donation protected
Wednesday, 1/18/17, was a typical day for Ron Clawson at work.  However, things turned his world around in a matter of seconds.  He and a co-worker were cleaning the inside of a fuel tank, Ron's co-worker on the inside and Ron on the outside as a safety monitor.  An explosion from inside the tank knocked the man inside unconscious and Ron on the outside was knocked off the top of the tank and landed on some of the running gear that was attached to the trailer.

Ron's two oldest daughters, Kylee and Kaila, a senior and junior respectively at AAHS, relayed to me and my daughter, Maria, that their dad had a broken collar bone, a collapsed lung, 9 broken ribs, multiple spinal fractures, and burns on his hands, face, and one of his legs.  He cannot talk right now, he nods yes and no when the family asks questions.  The entire family is there with Ron...Diane - his lovely wife, Kody - the oldest, Kylee, Kaila, and Kassie - the youngest.  Diane plans to stay with him until he is released.

Kylee is one of my School-to-Career students at AAHS and Kaila is one of my daughters closest friends.  This GoFundMe page was started to help Diane with living costs in Pittsburgh, as well as, help with the kids going back and forth to see their dad.

If you cannot donate, please say a prayer for this family.  They have been through so much in the last year.

Thank you for helping the Clawson Family!
