Our Vision:
We come together to facilitate knowledge, empowerment, positive dialogue, and the hope to further each individual’s ability to recognize and change the inequalities we experience on a daily basis. In solidarity we stand to raise awareness of the marginalization of our nation, and become advocates for human rights. We stand to bring justice to women’s health and reproductive concerns; Gender based violence inequalities, promotion of female economic empowerment, and access to educational opportunities to engage with leaders of the community and social justice advocates alike. We challenge you to rally in diversity with pride and respect to support the revolutionary awakening of true peace and justice within our current state of democracy, inviting defenders of equality, hope, knowledge, empowerment, and the resistance to assure a more unified today and better tomorrow. Our proceeds will split between the ACLU for all its tireless social justice work, the venue facilitating our speakers and discussions, as well as one other non-profit organization that we would like our participants to vote for. You heard that right, we are placing the choice into YOUR hands, it is afterall YOU who drives us to be social justice adovcates with voices, choices and the vision for change.
