The Avery Family

As some of you may be aware, our good friend Reg suffered a medical emergency on Tuesday June 26 while picking up his trailer. He was stung by a wasp and had an anaphylactic reaction. He has suffered severe brain trauma due to lack of oxygen and the doctors are unable to predict the extent of his recovery. Reg is still in ICU and expected to be there for awhile. Reg is a contractor and the primary financial provider for his family.

Reg is very involved within the community of Chestermere volunteering as the Vice President on the board of directors with the Chestermere Regional Community Association.

Reg loves to dirt bike with his boys and was often found at the local bike park. He loves watching his boys play hockey (both ice and ball) and loves playing volleyball himself.

Since his recovery is unknown (with a real possibility that he may never work again) and there is no other income, we want to ensure Theresa and the boys don’t have to worry about finances while going through this emotional journey.
