That Vegan Couple Activism
Natasha and Luca of That Vegan Couple are touring the US to educate and inspire vegans to become activists for the liberation all animals. Their techniques have proven very successful in Australia, where TVC is from. Their main message is Veganism and Animal Rights Activism.
In each city along their 16-city tour, That Vegan Couple begins their intense 4 day tour with a Meet and Greet, combined with an Activism Workshop. On the days that follow, TVC (That Vegan Couple) has worked with local activism groups in each city, to organize various public actions which give new and experienced vegan activists an opportunity to participate in protests; such as the Pet Store/ Puppy Mill Protest we participated in yesterday, disruptions; such as the "Meat is Murder" walkthrough we did at Whole Foods in downtown Austin the day before, Bearing Witness; such as the Chicken Vigil (stopping trucks filled with chickens on their way to slaughter and filming what they bear witness to) Natasha and Luca participated in and guided earlier this week, and Public Outreach; such as Cube of Truth I also had the pleasure of taking part in for the first time. Along with local activism organizers, Natasha and Luca guide participants every step along the way. It's a very nurturing experience. It certainly was for me.
This tour isn't just for "new" vegan activists. The overall goal is to swell numbers so we VEGANS become more visible, thereby making the TRUTH more visible through our combined direct actions. That's TEAMWORK!
Natasha and Luca, from Australia are 'That Vegan Couple' on YouTube and other social media. They’re doing a U.S activism tour this year, and are visiting 16 cities. Through their Meet-up and Activism Workshop, they are successfully helping to educate, motivate, and inspire vegans to become more active in their communities and within their lives.
TVC have a reach of 175K+ followers across their various social media platforms, and they're using their social media influence to boost the participation of vegans in grassroots activism, as well as elevating the profiles of local vegan activist groups in the cities they visit on this trip.

The video linked above, made by "Those Annoying Vegans" was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have said it better myself. After LA, Natasha and Luca came to Austin. We Austin vegans also had the privilege of sharing the experience Ana and Brian described. For me, it it was life changing.
This week, with Natasha and Luca, I participated in three new forms of (uncomfortable) direct action, and for the first time, I feel like the scales are tipping. We CAN have a vegan world, IF all vegans take direct action everywhere. After watching The Science of Social Change, and hearing Luca and Natasha explain how vegans are making big impacts in Australia, I for the first time, feel like we can do this. We can create a vegan world!
