Tess - Muzzled Off!!!

Hi to all the dog lovers!! Hi My name is Moira I am a owner of a 8 year old Border Collie Called Tess. I am 65 years old pensioner with additional support needs mental health issues and physical needs.
Tess had bite a dog 2 and a half years ago while I was out walking her she has been on a lead at the time. She doesn't like having other dogs in her space as she reacted and bite the dog it was a greyhound . She has been subjected to a Dog Control Notice by Perth & Kinross Dog Control Officers (Dog Wardens) she was put on a muzzle order in all public places indefinitely and be deemed a dangerous dog.
Tess has been getting walked and trained by a professional dog behaviour specialist on a daily basis getting socialised with other dogs and rehabilitated. She had also been seen by a top professional dog whisperer who is a member of the International Association of Balanced Dog Trainers. He said that Tess is been well socialised with others dogs and people. She no longer reacts to other dogs and she really loves people. It has been costing me a lot of money to get Tess to the stage she is at with all the training she has received.
I am not able to afford the legal fees for a solicitor to be able to challenge the Dog Control Officers ( Dog Wardens) to be able to get the muzzle order revoked. So I am needing your help to raise the funds to be able to pay solicitor and court fees. So need to raise £1000.
I feel Isolated and alone because I can't take Tess out in her walkies like I used to so I not been able to mix with other people because I have not been confident in using the muzzle due to lack of support from the Dog Control Officers. So have been getting Tess walked by my son and Dog Trainer.
Tess has been a very loving dog and she gives me therapy and I love her to bits any help would be greatly appreciated. And Thank you in advence and will keep you all updated in the progress.
