Terminal Cancer Assistance for me and my family

Hello and welcome to my page.  I have terminal breast cancer.  I have the BRAC1 breast cancer gene and I am moving into the final stages of my life.  Originally diagnosed in 2003, at the age of 39, I had a lumpectomy, auxiliary lymph node clearance followed by chemotherapy, and radiation in my first year of treatment.  A recurrence occured 4 years later in 2007, so I had a radical right mastectomy with adjuvant chemical therapy for 5 years.  Cancer free until I turned 51 years of age in 2014 this time with advanced ovarian cancer.  I underwent emergency surgery and a tumour the size of a lemon was removed from my large intestine with 70 % of the intestine; I had a stoma bag fitted; the surgery damaged my right ureter so I was also fitted with a catheter bag.  My prognosis was 25% survival.  My son was only 14 at the time.  I underwent 9 cycles of chemotherapy followed by triple surgery to reverse the stoma bag, radical hysterectomy, and plastic surgery to correct the ureter.  I opted for an elective left hand mastectomy in 2016 and more cancer cells were discovered.  After which I set-up my own Pilates studio to help other people with fitness, back problems and breast cancer patients doing pro-bona work and raising awareness for this terrible disease.  In April 2018, I suffered 3 seizures and a tumour was found in my brain, I am incurable.  I had the tumour removed in May 2018, followed by stereotactic radiation.  On Monday, 14th January 2019, I had 2 more small seizures and MRI scans showed 4 more tumours in my brain and nodes in my chest.  I will begin radiation and chemotherapy on Wednesday 30 January 2019.  I am kindly asking you to donate whatever you can to help, I have between 3-6 months.  I would like to have a small family trip followed by dying at home with a specialist bed/ nurse.  Time is short so I will need the funding rather soon.  Everything will help me die with as much dignity and comfort as possible.
