Telita Calley & Family

On Wednesday 13th September Telita's heart stopped. She was at school, Kingsway Christian College, going between classes and collapsed. Due to the training her fellow peers had received through the schools Cadets program, which includes First Aid and CPR, they know how to calmly and quickly start CPR which ultimately has saved her life. Her twin brother, Joel ran to raise the alarm and also find their father, Marty, who is a teacher at the school. Marty also administered CPR until the paramedics arrived where the discovered Telita was in VF. Telita is currently stable and in hospital awaiting a defibrillator to be surgically fitted to her heart. During this time her mother has been by her side, taking time off work without pay. We would like to come around the family and support them financially with all the associated medical expenses ontop of lost wages. Thank you for your kindness and generosity at this time.
