Teeth for Seeking Sister Wife Mother

Hello All,  I'm posting this is hopes that the tragedy you can see in my picture can be repaired.   I'm currently without teeth!  Many have seen me on TLC's "Seeking Sister wife".  I'm one of the stars mothers.  I broke my teeth on a trampoline that had no bounce (I didn't know it, till I hit)  It was like landing on concrete!  My knee slammed into the bottom of my jaw and broke my upper jaw, nose and most of my front teeth.  Many viewers have commented on my appearance.  It is a valid question!  I'm widowed, disabled  and raising a teenager...Teeth are expensive and the cost is more than I have at the moment.  Many have offered to help me in this time of need.  Their kindness inspired this page.  Thank you always...my world will never be the same!
