adidas ZONES for FIT KIDS

Hi! This is Kali Smith and Jeremi Broadhurst, PE teachers at Thomas Edison Charter School South in Nibley, Utah.
We are passionate about our jobs and our students’ success. We just discovered the Adidas Zone for IHT Spirit wrist heart rate monitors and the IHT Spirit system and we want to bring this technology to our school and to our PE classes. You can check the Zones out  here and you can watch a short video to see them in action.

The Zone monitors will help us track our Thomas Edison students’ performance and allow them to perform to their full, individual potential. The Zone monitors will motivate students to be healthier, more active and ultimately they will have better results in PE class and in other areas of their lives by improving energy, clarity of thought and confidence. We see this as being powerful in all aspects of our students’ education, meaning our classrooms, as well as PE. Our goal is to empower students to take ownership of their health, fitness and well-being.  Parents and students will have the opportunity to access and track student data.
