Teamwork Needed for Coach Munn

UPDATE 3/20/17: As some of you may already know, Dick "Coach" Munn experienced an unfortunate fall which placed him in hospital care, including rehabilitation, from December 22, 2016 - January 13, 2017. Coach suffered significant head trauma (of which the wound is healed) and a broken left arm, as well as other more generalized injuries.
He continues to require multiple follow up appointments with his healthcare providers and received confirmation on March 16 that he will require surgery on his arm as it is still not healing properly on its own (even after being in a hard cast from Jan. 19- Feb. 16 and then re-casted). He is scheduled to have surgery on April 3 and will require overnight observation due to other high risks associated with his health.
Due to the complexity of his current situation (coupled with the loss of his Colorado home due to a wildfire and a stroke suffered in the early 2000s), Coach's out-of-pocket medical bills are still a growing concern for him and his family, yet some financial assistance from at least one hospital has helped lessen the burden.
In an effort to offset these costs and anticipated future costs, his immediate family continues to seek assistance from family and friends . . . thus, the "Teamwork Needed for Coach Munn" campaign.
We recognize and respect that everyone has their own finances and personal matters to tend to . . . So, if you're unable to assist monetarily, social support is still welcome as Coach thrives on the personal relationships he has built over time! A card, a letter, a phone call or even a visit are all appreciated too.
