In 2017, our dear friend Latoya was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer while living abroad in Abu Dhabi. She finished her teaching assignment and headed back to the US in order to continue her treatment surrounded by family and friends is South Carolina in 2018.
As her treatment continues, we’d like to asssist with easing the financial strain that medical bills can cause during this time with regular chemotherapy treatments, hospital visits, medical supplies and other items for care. Please donate to raise money for these essential needs.
A true fighter that danced to Beyonce in Rome, dined with grace above the Abu Dhabisky line, marched her way to the finish line of a 5K in the cold, slayed her 36th birthday by taking over Atlantic Station and united over 100 strangers to form TEAM TOYA!!
Latoya is an inspiration inside and out to everyone she has befriended over the years and possesses a warrior spirit of strength and beauty. A daughter, a sister, a friend, a godmother, a teacher, and a SURVIVOR...Latoya West is our Warrior Princess.
