Anyone who knows Kelly (Sherman) Conant & Eric Conant know how hard they have fought to have a family. After years of trying, they were blessed this year with the news that they would have a baby girl arriving in December. But little Abigail decided she didn't want to wait that long and came into the world at just 31 weeks on October 22nd. At that time, they discovered a mass on Kelly's chest and after further testing Kelly has been diagnosed with Type B Cell Lymphoma. It's been a whirlwind for them with Abigail in the NICU, Kelly is now receiving Chemotherapy at the James at OSU. What should be the most joyous time of their lives has now become a very scary time for the family. The doctors are hopeful that they can fight it with aggressive treatment. Abigail will most likely remain in the NICU until December, she is weighing just over 4 lbs. Not only is Kelly dealing with her own health, but also has the worry and heartache of being separated from her baby. And through all of this, Eric has been laid off from his job. The last thing they need to worry about is money, so we are asking for donations to help them get through this difficult time. No amount is too small. At the least, we ask for all the prayers, love and support for this new family that we can get! ‍‍
