Team Nico Warriors

This morning I woke up to see this Go Fund Me had generated more than $10,000 from 185 people after 11,400 visitors and 642 Facebook shares. I was so impressed with the outpouring of support for my friends Lindsey and Dominic.

If this is your first time here, they brought their young child into the hospital for what seemed like a simple bug - he ended up having major issues with his heart, blood and many other major medical problems. Unfortunately , Nico passed away on February 11th.

I just got back from his wake. As I was looking at all of the beautiful photos of this young child's life, and looking a the smallest casket I have ever seen, it hit me that no one should have to go through this. I believe that Nico is an angel that will be looking over everyone's life that he touched.

The reality for Lindsey and Dominic is that they not only need to deal with the loss of a child, but also have extreme medical costs after being in intensive care for nearly 2 months.
