Team McIntire Vs. stage 4 cancer

My name is John Terry. The McIntires are our good friends, neighbors and both of our families are currently battling cancer. Kevin McIntire has been diagnosed with stage IV lymphoma. In the midst of both of our families' struggles and despite the little spare time the McIntires have to spend with their four beautiful children due to multiple hospital visits, the McIntires have been amazingly supportive of us. Kevin literally told me he wanted to bring us food, pray with us, and to help take care of our kids while he was in a bed receiving chemotherapy. That’s how wonderful this man is. His wife Becky has checked on us in the middle of the night to ensure that we were doing okay. Their compassion is so unbelievable and their resilience is absolutely inspiring! For this reason, I am writing this in their honor, and I am asking for support to help ease the financial burden that cancer has caused. Initially the McIntires did not want to accept any donations and one of the reasons were because they had already financially committed to a home remodel and thought that accepting financial assistance from their community would appear unbecoming.   I explained to them this was not planned, it provides value to their home if needed, and people LOVE them. This money can be used how they want, but I know this will help with the medical bills already rolling in.  Again, I begged them to allow me to set this up.
