On September 5, 2018 our sweet Kim was brutally attacked and beaten by her husband.
(Her Nose and cheek bones are broken in several places, he strangled her spraining/bruising her throat inside and out, he hit her with a broom, head butted her, threw her on the cement repeatedly to where she was unconscious, her ribs are fractured & some bruised.) That are just some of the physical injuries! None of us know how this is going to affect Kimmie mentally. She was in Trauma Unit from 9pm until 5:00 am the next morning.
No one deserves this much less our sweet Kimmie. She has always been here for any of us for anything! She has flown cross country at the drop of a phone to support her friends several times. Kim has always been the first to be any of ours cheerleader, support, listening ear, helped with money, tries to make us smile when we couldn't and so much more.
You know she has an Autoimm2 Disease and soon will not have insurance due to her being on her attacker's policy.
We are raising money to help with costs of moving her from the city she is in now to near her Parent's in Blue Ridge. Her parent's are great but none of us believe or feel all or any of this should fall on their shoulders! Kimmie has always been there for all of us no matter what is happening in her life now it is time to do the same for her.
