We recently won the North Coast Marine Manufacturing Alliance Sea Perch Robotics Competition, which qualified us to attend the National Sea Perch competition being held in Atlanta, GA. The team needs funding for pool rental, mentorship, equipment, and transportation costs. We received a generous gift from the Navy League to assist us in our journey to Nationals, but it only covers a portion of the costs involved. We are a group of 6 kids from varying backgrounds, who came together to make a great team.
The next few months, the team will be dedicating their time to improving and testing designs and documenting their innovations.

Thank you SO much to all that have contributed so far! Your gifts are a huge boost to the members of this team that have been working very hard to reach their goals. On top of this GoFundMe campaign, they are selling candy, and preparing for a bake sale and two brat fry events! Please share this campaign with friends and let them know what a great opportunity this is for the team and the community. This is not your typical sports event. The skills and attitudes learned in this type of competition feed DIRECTLY into college preparedness, future careers and local economic development. Go team "It Might Work"!
