Team Gold 5k Run

Hey everyone,
My work buddies and I are raising money for a charity by taking part in 5k Bournemouth Bay Run on 7th of April - please help us to achieve our goal.
Our chosen charity is British Heart Foundation, requested by our team member Lauren after losing her dad in 2014.
Here is Lauren's story:
"In November 2014, 2 days before my sisters birthday, something unexpected happened which changed my family forever.
My Dad was sat at home, having a cup of tea whilst a plasterer was doing some work in the house.
Out of nowhere, my Dad collapsed, clutching his chest. He was having a heart attack.
The plasterer called an ambulance and gave him CPR but unfortunately by the time he got to the hospital it was too late.
He was 51 when he died and was always fit and healthy. He played squash, went bike riding, skiing, mountain climbing and even did a sky dive on his 50th birthday.
It came as a huge shock to our family and has left a hole in our lives ever since. Since then, we have all come together and collectively continued to raise money for British heart foundation.
It would mean a lot to me and my family if you could spare some money for a great cause."
