Hello! We're Jake and Natalie Ferguson. This is our Heart transplant story. It starts as long as 10 years ago and recounts our journey through surgery on November 29th continuing to our current recovery. We currently don't have an actual fund "goal" as this fund is NOT to pay for the transplant and hospital stay. We are blessed to have fantastic insurance.
It is simply meant to be an accessible way for our amazing friends, family, and loved ones to offer help. We plan to use these funds for groceries, meals, physical recovery, gas for appointments, increased home care needs, and any other unforeseen medical expenses. There is absolutely no obligation to give! We have been overwhelmed by the support, love, and prayers from so many!
