10k for Callum
Six weeks ago my little friend Callum was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, which only 60 children are diagnosed with per year. He is currently receiving Chemotherapy treatment in Glasgow, facing at least another six months in hospital with only his amazing mummy & daddy by his side.
In order to raise money for the charity, CLIC Sargent, who have been absolutely crucial to the lives of the Kyle family in the past six weeks, I (with the help of my lovely girlfriend, Megan) have decided to run a 10k race in Glasgow on the 11th November.
CLIC Sargent are a charity that really do make this awful situation for the Kyles bearable. We would all be hugely grateful for any donations made no matter how big or small.
With the help of CLIC Sargent and the hospital staff, the Kyle family will carry on fighting together. x
