#TeamAydenA is raising money to help support Ayden during treatment and recovery. 
      Ayden was recently diagnosed with Stage 3- Hodgkins Lymphoma- B, with Bulky. This finally came after 10 weeks of urging doctors, pushing appointments sooner, and asking to please be seen now. The last 3 weeks have been a blur and a roller coaster for our family, especially for Ayden. We are all traveling to and from Madera 1-5 times a week, depending on the treatment that week. Ayden's mother stays overnight with him, in his hospital room and doesn't leave. Ayden has been blessed with some electronics and games from family & friends, as well as NBA star Quincy Poindexter (Chicago Bulls =). He spends a lot of time idle in a hospital room, every three weeks, and in treatments each week. While his mom tries to keep him busy, it is a lonely and sad process. We aren't asking for material objects, dinners for the family, etc. due to Ayden and his families needs and restricted diet. The biggest need is funding for medications, traveling, help during recovery, etc.  as the average cost of cancer treatment is $500,000. We do not usually ask for this type of help, but have had many requests from friends and family to help in some way, as there is not much anyone can truly do. So, if you are able to contribute, great. If not, we ask that you please send positive thoughts and prayers our way, as that is worth more than any money could ever be worth.
     Ayden's treatment is slated to last up to 6-7 months, with radiology for weeks after as well. Then he will have another window of recovery for 6-9 months. Ayden's strength and courage through the entire battery of testing, blood work, and x-rays has been nothing but astounding. He remains positive, hopeful, and funny even in light of this horrible disease and Chemotherapy. Please join us in his fight!
