We are the real Aquamen and Aquawomen.
American free divers are on the verge of Olympic greatness, but cost, accessibility and awareness stand in their way. Help us to prepare and realize the Olympic dream! To remedy this, The U.S. Freediving Federation (USFF) was founded in 2018 with a mission to bring awareness to the sport across the United States and support the efforts of all those that engage in it, whether it be for self-exploration, therapeutic benefits, or purely competition.
Sanctioned under CMAS and recognized by the International Olympic Committee, the USFF is participating in hi-level conversations to include Freediving in the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, but with limited awareness and understanding of the sport in the U.S., this is an uphill battle and we need your help. After the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, they will be held in Los Angeles so we need to be ready.
Right NOW, we need your support. The USFF will be sending Team American to compete at the CMAS Freediving World Championships which are taking place from October 1st through to the 7th. There is significant expense in not only sending the team there, but ensuring that they have the opportunity to train safely. The total amount that we are looking to raise is $25,000. The more we raise, the less the athletes will have to pay out of their pocket. Up until now, the USFF organization is mostly self-funded by the president and through the membership fees that have been generated. Since the organization has only started in March, funding is very minimal at this point, and this is why we are asking for your generous support.

Sponsoring Team America in the 2018 World Championships of Freediving (Kas, Turkey October 1-7, 2018).
Costs include:
- athlete travel/accommodations, meals, entry fees, uniforms, training days, equipment, and marketing
(Approximately $25,000 to fully cover all costs for the athletes).
