Team Alex & Jen are gearing up for the 2nd annual Dancing with the Missoula Stars 2017, which will take place on February 18th, 2017, at the MCT Center for the Performing Arts . Dancing with the Missoula Stars is a Benefit for the Downtown Dance Collective . This year is the TEN-YEAR ANNIVERSAY of the DDC - ten years of classes for EVERY BODY, EVERY ABILITY.!
Each celebrity is required to contribute monetarily to the campaign. The fee is for the dance lessons with our pro and costs associated with the the event itself (venue, marketing, etc...). The professional dancers put A LOT of time and energy into seven weeks of training the star and creating the choreography, and we have an army of hair and make-up stylists, courtesy of Urban Rootz , and costume designers.
Our goal is $2,000.
This is a competition, and the team that raises the most money has a competitive advantage going into the battle (albeit a fun one) on February 18th.
Two ways to raise money are 1) here on gofundme and 2) via the DWTMS Sponsorship Form .

We will be dancing MAMBO, bringing that HOT LATIN GROOVE to the competition. We're both excited to compete, but we're really excited to help the dancing community expand by exposing the Downtown Dance Collective, it's classes, and the wonderful instructors who work at the DDC to more Missoulians. The funds raised this year enable the DDC to bring social dance to Missoula's public and private schools, so EVERY child can have dance in his or her life.

$45 for General Admission
$100 for VIP tickets.
A VIP reception takes place at 6:30,pm with food and beverage included in the price of the ticket.
Doors open for General Admission tickets at 7pm, and the show is at 7:30.
