Hi,
Just when you think life is going good, despite your family being spread out over 3 continents, you manage to receive a call from your mom to let you know of some bad news and needs extraordinary help. At first, you cannot believe what you're hearing... Cancer? Impossible!
Then it sinks in, what's going to happen? What can I do? I'm in a different country and feel pretty much helpless.. this is why I opened this Go Fund Me.
My mom Adriana was diagnosed recently with breast cancer, a carcinoma stage 2, and needs surgery within the week to remove them in time before the situation worsens.
She resides in Venezuela, a country that's going through a very rough time in many aspects, and despite having insurance it barely covers an outpatient visit (not considering the shortage of medical supplies, medicine, etc)
Any collaboration will be put towards covering the surgery costs (est. $5,000 USD) and recovery after.
It's a possibility chemotherapy is required also (not sure yet), any extra funds receive will be put towards covering those costs.
Please help me help my mom Adriana battle this illness so she can spend many years with her only grandson and say, I beat cancer!
