Tameka Robbins Support Fund
On March 11th a fire started around 6:30 a.m. on the first floor of an apartment building at Kingstown Apartments on Savannah's Eastside. Mikayla Robbins, 13, and her mother, Tameka Robbins, 38, were inside the apartment where the fire started, and they were severely burned. Ambulances brought both to Memorial Health where Mikayla died. Tameka was transported to the burn center at Doctors Hospital in Augusta for treatment.
Tameka is fighting for her life right now, and will have a long road ahead of her after the wounds heal. Please help ease this transition for her and her surviving family members.
Information at the moment is scarce, but I will update as it comes in. Currently its stated she is being treated at the Augusta Burn Center.
