Tail Amputation for Kennel E2!

This guy needs an immediate tail amputation due to wagging his tail against the kennel until the bone came through. We know this has to be extremely painful and the risk of infection is very high. Unfortunately, he is also heartworm positive so we need your help to raise the funds to cover the amputation, neuter and heartworm treatment. Please help us get this boy out of pain and healthy.
