Hola soy Cristian Grao soy maestro de Educación Especial, Infantil, Primaria, especialista en Gestión Educativa y deportiva, y vengo a presentar un Proyecto educativo original por tratarse de estimulación temprana en la escuela, por incorporar a los padres al aula y como maestros en casa y por atender las necesidades específicas de las familias que la componen.
El proyecto se llama Escuela Activa de Aprendizaje Integral. Es un proyecto que ya existía en Venezuela y debido a la situación de inseguridad, de problemas políticos y económicos reinantes en ese país, nos vimos obligados a emigrar, obligados a dejar un proyecto de lado, esperando en algún momento poder volver a él.
Cuando te vas de Venezuela el dinero se devalúa y necesitas ayuda para poder volver a comenzar. Nosotros tenemos la posibilidad legal de comenzar nuevamente, pero no tenemos el apoyo económico, por eso estamos aquí para poder mostrarles lo hermoso de nuestro proyecto, como éste tipo de escuelas ayudan a la sociedad en la que se encuentre, con la fe y esperanza de que ustedes colaboren con él.

El proyecto está conformado por tres elementos:
- Primero. Como una escuela infantil. Hemos tenido éxito anteriormente con estimulación de niños en edad temprana. Hemos visto como niños pequeñitos aprenden a leer y escribir, a sumar y restar y muchos conocimientos, estimulando en forma paralela o al mismo tiempo áreas de desarrollo fundamentales (Emocional-Social, Psicomotora, Cognitiva y Académica).
- Segundo, como escuela para padres exitosos, dando formación en temas variados que se ven en la vida escolar, o para enseñar en casa, o participando en el aula, siendo parte nuestro equipo educativo. Los padres deben incluirse.
- Tercero, aportando a otros nuestros conocimientos, yendo más allá de la frontera de la escuela. Abordaremos temas tales como Bullying, agresión escolar, autoestima, motivación al logro, éxito escolar, igualdad de género, orientación a niños y adolescentes , orientación a padres, técnicas de estudio, entre otros.
Hay otros aportes que se darán en esta organización:
1. “Tareas dirigidas”, Un lugar adecuado para que el alumno realice las tareas de su colegio. 2. Terapia pedagógica, para apoyar a niños con desventajas pedagógicas. 3. Ayudas a familias con situaciones adversas a través de un sistema de Estudio Socioeconómico Familiar y becas.
Mi compañera de proyecto se llama Sandra Melim, especialista en edad temprana, maestra con experiencia en educación especial, infantil y primaria.
Nuestra vida educativa se ha centrado en el interés por formar a otros, la integración social y educativa de niños y jóvenes, para ser mejores individuos en una sociedad exigente y con necesidad de valores y principios.
Nos preocupa responder a las preguntas de los padres, por ejemplo: Cómo le enseño hábitos en casa?. Porqué es agresivo en el colegio?, Cómo le enseño a mi bebé a leer?. Esto lo hemos hecho en la escuela, concluyendo que se puede compartir mucha información.
Fuimos cofundadores de una Asociación Civil Escolar sin ánimo de lucro, trabajamos con diferentes estratos sociales, tuvimos la oportunidad de integrar a alumnos y familias de diferentes condiciones sociales.
Hoy, estamos comprometidos con aportar… enseñar y formar a otros en esos valores que aprendimos.
Un objetivo importante es llegar a otros, concientizar y dar una educación de calidad sin distinción para todos los niños.
Tenemos conocimiento, formación, visión, motivación al logro, experiencia y pasión por enseñar.
En este proyecto todos ganamos, el que colabora, el que desarrolla y el que recibe, el más beneficiado,
Como dijo Hellen Keller "Solos podemos hacer muy poco; unidos podemos hacer mucho."

Hello, my name is Cristian Grao. I am a preschool, elementary school and special education teacher, specialist in Education and Sports Management. I am presenting here an original educational project. It focuses on an early stimulation at school, incorporating parents into the classrooms and as teachers, help on how to meet at home the specific needs of the families that comprise it.
The project is called School of Active Learning Workshop. It is a project that already existed in Venezuela, but due to the level of insecurity, political and economic problems prevailing in that country, we were forced to migrate, forced to leave the project aside, waiting at some point to be able to return to it.
When you leave Venezuela, the money is devalued, and you need help to start over. We have the legal possibility to start again, but we do not have the financial support, therefore we are here to show you how beautiful our project is, how this type of schools helps the society, with the faith and hope of that you collaborate to make it possible.

The project consists of three elements:
First, as a school. We have previously had success with stimulation of children at an early age. We have seen how young children learn to read and write, to add and subtract and many other learning areas, stimulating in parallel or at the same time areas of fundamental development (Emotional-Social, Psychomotor, Cognitive and Academic).
Second, as a school for successful parents, giving training in varied topics that are seen in school life, or to teach at home, or participating in the classroom, being part of our educational team. Parents must be included.
Third, contributing to others our knowledge, going beyond the school's frontier. We will address issues such as Bullying, school aggression, self-esteem, motivation for achievement, school success, gender equality, guidance to children and adolescents, guidance to parents, study techniques, among others.
There are other contributions that will be made in this organization:
1 "tutoring", A suitable place for the student to perform the tasks of his school, 2. pedagogical therapy, to support children with pedagogical disadvantages, 3. Helps to families with adverse situations through a Socioeconomic Family Study system and scholarships.
My project partner is Sandra Melim, an early age specialist, teacher with experience in special education, preeschool and elementary school.
Our educational life has focused on the interest to train others, the social and educational integration of children and young people, to be better people in a demanding society and in need of values and principles.
We were co-founders of a non-profit Civil School Association, we worked with different social strata, we had the opportunity to integrate students and families from different social conditions.
Today, we are committed to contributing ... teaching and training others in those values we learned.
We want to reach others, raise awareness and give a quality education without distinction for all children.
We have knowledge, training, vision, achievement motivation, experience and passion for teaching.
We all win in this project; the one that collaborates, the one that develops and the one that receives (the most benefited).
As Hellen Keller said, "Alone we can do very little, together we can do a lot."
