Dear Friends & Family, it is with a heavy heart that we share sad news and that we are reaching out to you for assistance.

Last Friday, August 18, families and friends from California, Hawaii and Canada celebrated Raymond and Marilyn's wedding.  What began as a beautiful and joyful occasion, ended with a tragic loss 32 hours later. Eleanor Castillo Tabuena, Raymond and Allen's mother who is also my aunt, was tragically killed by a  suspected DUI driver.  Eleanor's husband Paul Tabuena was also seriously injured along with 5 other extended family members who traveled from Vancouver BC.

Expenses have occured and continue to grow each day due to hospitalization and medical treatments. Extended stay and cancelled return flights were also unexpected for our Vancouver family.

Your assistance and generosity during this difficult time would be heartfelt  and appreciated.
