For nearly 20 years, K.C. Baker has epitomized great journalism, working for both People Magazine and the New York Daily News, chasing down everyone from Pope Francis to Housewives from New Jersey. More than a terrific reporter, K.C. is a kind, caring, trusted friend and colleague with a bubbly personality who works tirelessly to support her two children, ages 10 and 13. On Sept. 26 she suffered a terrible setback when an outlet in her house caught fire, burning her home and everything in it to the ground. Now she and her children are left without anything more than the clothes on their backs (and a work phone). To help K.C. and her family get back on their feet we, her friends, are launching this gofundme page, so that anyone who wishes to support her can do so.
