Pulmonary fibrosis/ lung transplant

My husband, best friend, love of my life Luis, is currently in the hospital once again. He has been suffering for the past few years with IPF (idiopathetic pulmonary fibrosis ). We live on a fixed income and have already incurred medical costs that we will probably die before being paid. I don't drive but have been taking Uber back and forth to spend time with him in the hospital. He has a possibility of lung transplant ( he just turned 63 ), I'm sure our Medicare will not cover all medical and household needs. Whatever is afforded us will go towards existing bills, travel expenses, he's going to be transported to another state for evaluation. I do not drive. Please help if you can to hopefully have his life extended to enjoy our grandchildren and great grands together.
