Christian's Abcess Drain/Tooth Remo

So a few days ago, I noticed I was having some pain in my bottom wisdom tooth. It was a familiar pain, so I took extra care of it with a prescription rinse that usually helps. Well it still slowly started to swell the gum around it and my lymph node below. 
Not that I didn't take it seriously, but I had recently dealt with an abcess tooth up top on both sides of my mouth, which both swelled and after extra care eventually went away. And thank goodness, because I hadn't received word from my new job just yet and was in no position to buy food nevertheless pay for major dental work. Well, within the next 2 days it doubled in size.
2 days later, Yesterday (Mon. 04/28/15) I went into work and was sent out almost immediately and told to get help as my face was now looking like a balloon stretched to its max, or how actor's look when they play an overweight character, the make-up looks stretched and about to burst.
So I go to the Emergency Room at a nearby hospital. They tell me because it's so swollen,( I can barely open my mouth to drink water mind you), that it's too far back and deep to be able to either extract the tooth or even drain the infection. So I was prescribed penecillian and a pain med and reffered to a couple local inexpensive emergency dentists. Next morning, hoping the antibiotic would maybe help the swelling stop or lessen, nope, it got even bigger. So after I go close a deal (for my work), I take off to the dentist. They looked absolutely shocked at my face.. I was told I need to see an oral surgeon, because of the severity, and on the low end it would be approximately $800-$900. Great! Just barely paid rent, and bills, have a small amount of money for food and gas, etc, Can't get approved for the Care Credit, don't have a co-signer for the Care Credit, Now unfortunately in recent years, I was laid off from a position and was unable to retain my financed vehicle and it was repoed, as well as a couple bills in collections before I received my unemployment. I'm just now finally getting all of those financial issues squared away, off of any government aid with a little help, hard work and an opportunity that came my way.
Well, unfortunately I can't afford to pay this tooth removal/abcess draining myself. I have health insurance that we got on our own, but no dental. My biggest concern, is what the dentist said. If the swelling continues down my throat as it is every day/minute it feels like, it could pinch my esophogus while sleeping, and well, you know the rest. Also, because the swelling is not just swelling it is a huge infection filled ball that is extremely hard, and if it drains into my bloodstream, it would also be the same end result. I can barely swallow, I'm in extreme pain all day, but continue to do what I need to fulfill my obligations every day.
The swelling is now getting red on its own, which maybe it's me getting freaked out from the internet, but redness or a red line means that the infection/poison if you will, is in the bloodstream. I feel like at any moment because it's so hard and tight either could happen. I haven't eaten more than a couple eggs the first 3 days, and finally a couple yogurts the past 3, due to my throat being sore as the swelling creeps nearer the middle of my throat. Today it has crept up around my eye socket and the side of my face up to my forhead. It is extremely ebarrassing for me to ask for help, but as I realize the severity and urgency of the issue, it needs to be taken care of.
For the first time I'm a worried that "It won't just go away" like so many other things have when I was younger, and it's much more serious this time around. I would truly appreciate any donations that could be sent my way, especially at this point in life when I'm just starting to get back on my feet and a huge thing like this pops up once again, it makes it not only tough but near life and death, it would mean so much. And because of that reason, anything over the amount I need, WILL be either paid forward to a good cause here on goFundme, a charity of choice, or any other charitable/helping idea anyone can think of. I am open for ideas if anyone has something specific. I only need what I need.
