Jeremy and Cheyenne recovery fund

My name is Stephenie Simmonds. Jeremy Bryant is my brother. He and his wife were at home cooking a New Years meal and a grease fire started and within seconds, the entire kitchen was engulfed in flames. Minutes later, their entire home was burning. The children were not home (thankfully) and my brother and Cheyenne were able to get out, but 3 very very loved family cats did not make it out.   Half of the house was a total loss due to flames, the other half was lost due to smoke and soot. 

They rented the home and did not have renters insurance. They will have to replace every single thing they own.

I look around my house and think of loosing everything I own....I am beyond words. I want to help them so badly but live too far away to be able to physically help so I am doing this to try to help them from afar.

While you are reading this, please get up and go check your kitchen and make sure you have a fire extinguisher there. Make sure it is class C or K.  Now watch a youtube video on how to use it. Show your kids. Make sure they know how to use it too.
