HELP NEEDED TO RECOVER FROM LEGAL FEES

In early December, my own brother was jailed for breaking things in my home and nearly assaulting me, then assaulting an officer after I called police for help.
While he was in jail for four months my old car died in February and I was forced to save for AND spend my entire tax return on the down payment of a new vehicle, which I'm very thankful to have.
Unfortunately, the new car means I cannot afford any extra legal costs at this time and the added stress of having someone who has no job return as if he'd done nothing wrong is too much. I cannot afford this in any way. I still cannot even afford to fix my home, but I'm more worried about getting my brother out, before anything else is broken or I'm put in any danger.
I need help to raise funds for legal help to have him evicted from my home as he remained here illegally after I bought the home and did not include him on the lease and I could not afford to evict him prior to December's incident. I want to be safe in my own home.
